I'm Shisha Dublin-Green
After years of being an overworked and underpaid employee in the finance industry, I decided I had enough after I was passed over for promotion and so I quit my job. Yes, I left a secure job without any safety net and started my business. Starting and growing a business has been an adventure that I love, it's challenging and is definitely not for the fainthearted. However, it continues to be very rewarding, including financially.

My Story
I’ve been in business for over 10 years, following my exit from being an employee and I can tell you that it's been a wild ride! There have been a fair bit of falling down, feeling a bit sorry for myself, dusting myself off, getting up and going for it. Because it doesn't matter how many times you fail, it's the getting up and staying up that counts!
My journey has been littered long hours, tears, disappointments and frustrations along the way. So cracking the "success codes", getting it into a system and making it repeatable is great! And that's what I'm here for - to show you how to crack the success code in your business. I've been on the side of frustration due to trying all sorts of things and not getting the sales, so I know what it's like.
I can show you how to get the clients you want, how to get the sales and keep your clients coming back for more.

Why I Do It
For many years I lived as a 'worker bee', going long commutes to work and working even longer hours. I daydreamed about starting a business but didn't do anything until I was passed for promotion. Leaving the job and starting my business was the easy bit. Growing my business was the real challenge and I see so many entrepreneurs struggle to not only get their business off the ground, but to keep it off the ground!
